This Hélion table lamp from the 1950s is a classic example of functional design with a clear Bauhaus influence. The design is characterized by a curved, silver-colored metal arm connecting the distinctive black shade to a sturdy, round base.
The lamp is crafted from metal and finished in a deep black color, creating a strong contrast with the silver-colored arm. The shade is adjustable, allowing the light to be directed exactly where it is needed. The wiring has been renewed, contributing to the safety and functionality of this vintage piece. The original markings, including 'Hélion ges. geschützt', are still clearly visible on the socket.
