This is a ceramic vase from the German manufacturer Zeller Keramik, designed by G. Schmider in the 1950s. The piece is a clear representation of Mid-Century design principles, combining a functional form with the bold, primary color palette characteristic of the Bauhaus movement. Crafted from glazed ceramic in Germany, the vase features a distinctive stacked, geometric silhouette with a bulbous central body, a stable foot, and a defined neck. Its surface is decorated with horizontal bands of vibrant, high-gloss color, including cobalt blue, bright yellow, rich red, and a contrasting turquoise. The form number 4652/2 is visible on the base, identifying this specific design within the Zeller Keramik production line.
