Leonardi Work Table Base
Designed by Achille Castiglioni for Zanotta (1969).
The base consists of two beautiful wooden trestles made of naturally varnished beech and was originally designed for a 200 x 100 cm worktop. The worktable is height-adjustable in five steps between 65 and 91 cm through five holes in each trestle.
The trestles originally came with a 25-millimeter-thick white laminate worktop, but they are also suitable for use as a worktable with a 12mm tempered glass top.
We used the trestles (with a top) as a worktable for several years, but that was years ago. We now have less space and would like to pass them on to a new owner.
The trestles are in like-new condition.
