Product description
This elegant flower pedestal stand reflects Neo-Baroque influences typical of Central European decorative furniture from the 1920s. The design is defined by a twisted (spiral) column, resting on a round, weighted base and topped with a circular display plate. The dramatic silhouette and sculptural proportions make it a striking accent piece.
The stand is crafted from walnut wood and finished in a black lacquer, a combination often used in the early 20th century to evoke the richness of Baroque forms while maintaining a refined, architectural presence. The spiral column provides both visual dynamism and structural stability, making the stand suitable for displaying plants, sculptures, or decorative objects.
Due to the absence of maker’s marks or archival documentation, the piece is offered as an unattributed example, stylistically consistent with Neo-Baroque furniture produced in Central Europe during the 1920s.
