Bang & Olufsen BeoSound Ouverture with BeoLab 2500 and Beo4 – Revised Complete Set
An iconic Bang & Olufsen music system where technology and sculptural design form an exceptional connection. The motorized glass doors open upon approach, revealing the CD player, cassette deck, and illuminated control panel.
The set comes from my private collection and underwent extensive technical maintenance approximately two weeks ago. It is being sold exclusively due to a switch to a different audio system.
The BeoSound Ouverture received all three drive belts replaced. The cassette and door mechanisms were thoroughly cleaned, then adjusted and extensively tested. The CD drive with laser, electronics, capacitors, as well as the display and lighting, were also checked.
All functions work perfectly:
• CD playback including track skip
• Cassette with playback, recording, fast forward, and rewind
• Radio
• Motorized sensor doors
• Display and lighting
• All control buttons
• Operation via the Beo4 remote control
Both active BeoLab 2500 speakers have also been technically overhauled. All electrolytic capacitors have been replaced with high-quality new parts with at least equivalent technical specifications. Both speakers play cleanly and are free from hum, noise, or turn-on thumps. The original surrounds are in perfect condition.
The fabric fronts are new and can be supplied in black, bordeaux red, pink, or blue to match the desired interior.
The optical condition is exceptionally well-maintained. The glass doors have no chips, and the aluminum and housing have no significant scratches or dents. Only minimal, age-related signs of wear are present.
