For lovers of unique vintage design and French brocante: a beautiful, original dame-jeanne (carboy / fermentation bottle) from the 1960s, Vérac la Bridoire
This specific French model is a real eye-catcher thanks to its iconic combination of materials. The glass bottle is completely encased in a fine-mesh metal wire netting (also called chainmail) with a stylish white coating. The bottle is equipped with its original, characteristic red plastic collar, a black screw cap, and a sturdy aluminum handle.
This size (estimated at approx. 5 liters) is perfect as a solitary decorative object on a sideboard, in an open cabinet, or on the floor in an industrial, rural, or modern eclectic interior.
Condition:
The item is in excellent vintage condition. The wickerwork is tight around the bottle and has minimal patina, the plastic shows no cracks or breaks, and the cap turns smoothly. The glass is neatly clean inside and out.
