This elegant accent lamp was upcycled from a ceramic vase dating back to the 1960s/70s. The vase captivates with its slender, architectural form and the exceptional glaze in a deep midnight blue with delicate light blue speckles. The coloring evokes starry skies or mineral surfaces and lends the ceramic a serene, timeless appeal.
The handcrafted lampshade is covered with a high-quality fabric featuring stylized cranes and floral elements on a dark blue background. The combination of the graphic pattern and the bold ceramic glaze creates a look that is both modern and Far Eastern-inspired. When illuminated, the lamp casts warm light accents that beautifully highlight the fabric's intricate details.

Conversion to a Lamp
The vase was carefully repurposed into a lamp. No drilling was carried out, thus preserving the original condition of the ceramic and its collector's value. The design is completely reversible.
Technology – wireless & flexible:
The lamp is powered by a rechargeable LED bulb, which can be charged via a USB-C cable. It provides up to 12 hours of illumination. The bulb can be purchased separately for approximately €12. The LED bulb is suitable for outdoor use. It can be dimmed using the included remote control, and several light colors are available. Thanks to its wireless operation, the lamp is particularly well-suited for locations without a direct power outlet, such as balconies, patios, or gardens.
