Product description
Side table from the Arts & Crafts period, manufactured in the Netherlands in the early 20th century. The design is characterized by slender, stepped legs, refined wood joints, and hand-carved details along the edges. The dark oak forms a beautiful contrast with the presumably original green linoleum inlay in both the tabletop and the lower shelf. Thanks to its slender proportions and architectural construction, the piece of furniture has a striking presence without appearing massive. Beautiful as a plant table, a pedestal for an object, or as a characterful accent within a collection of early 20th-century furniture art. In vintage condition with visible signs of use, patina, and age consistent with age and use.
