Artistic Ceramic 50s Orobico Craftsmanship. </b></p><br /><p><b>Rare anthropomorphic vase in artistic ceramic attributable to Arte e Artigianato Orobico (Art Rumi), one of the most interesting experiences of Italian post-war ceramics.</b></p><br /><p><b>The work features a strongly plastic and sculptural construction: large spiral-shaped eyes modeled in relief, a protruding triangular nose, a pronounced mouth, and polychrome decoration applied directly to the form. The result is a figure with an expressionist and almost totemic character, far from conventional decorative production and closer to the artistic research that characterized the Art Rumi environment between the late 1940s and early 1950s.</b></p><br /><p><b>On the bottom there are old identifying annotations that read “Art Rumi Milano – Made in Italy”. There is also an additional inscription that is not completely legible, probably referring to a previous attribution or cataloging.</b></p><br /><p><b>The specific author is not identified with certainty. The work is offered as an Artigianato Orobico / Art Rumi production.</b></p><br /><p><b>Conditions</b></p><br /><p><b>Good general condition with normal traces of time and use compatible with the age and nature of the artifact.
