Set consisting of a coffee table and side table manufactured by Thörmer in Germany during the 1980s. The design nods to the glamour of the Art Deco period, with a refined mix of materials and a strong sense of proportion. The round glass tops appear to almost float above the ivory-colored columns, while the burl wood bases and brass accents provide warmth and contrast. The interplay of transparent glass, high-gloss brass, and vibrant burl wood gives this set an elegant look that complements both classic and contemporary interiors.
