Art Déco sofabed designed by Jindřich Halabala for UP Závody and manufactured in 1950s Czechoslovakia.The sofa can be transformed into a bed. It has bedding storage compartment under the pillows.The upholstery has been renovated with high-quality blueish-black chenille fabric. The original springs have been retained.The frame is made mostly of solid wood and veneered with oak. Lacquer is original, in good condition.Overall, the piece is in very good vintage condition, without major defects.Seat height: 43cmSleeping area: 196x130cmSitting area: 196x70cm
