Pewter pepper pot or shaker from the late 18th or early 19th century (1780-1825) with a square base (5x5 cm). The lid and bottom section are decorated with a leaf motif.
The lid of these pepper pots, with sprinkling holes, can be unscrewed. Whether this is still possible with this pot is unknown.
The shaker has significant damage on one side, with cracks in the top rim and base.
