Product description
A beautiful, original pendant lamp with a large shade of white opal glass (milk glass). The hand-blown shade has a characteristic wavy edge with a subtle bulge, creating a warm, soft light.
The lamp features a brass ceiling rose, a chain suspension, and a decorative wooden element, entirely in the style of the interwar / early Art Deco period.
The opal glass is not painted but colored throughout, with a beautiful creamy white hue that creates a very atmospheric effect when lit. Minor signs of wear consistent with age.
