Antique Napoleon III standing mirror with beveled glass is made of pine wood and gilded gesso, featuring an imposing floral cartouche at the top and elaborate organic decoration all around, circa late 19th century, France.
This fantastic and imposing standing mirror is very decorative and elegant, a classy addition to your hallway, living room, or bedroom!
The object is in good antique condition, showing signs of age and use commensurate with its age, with some imperfections such as damage in the form of chips and small missing parts to the organic decoration, mainly in the lower left corner, some traces of the gold plating along the edges, and cracks in the wood due to age; the whole piece is still very solid and sturdy.
