Antique chest of drawers with two small and two large drawers from the Gründerzeit period, circa 1890; made of solid dark walnut with an ivory-colored pattern. The chest is even more beautiful in person than I can convey in these pictures. The handles are original round knobs with decorative round wooden ring washers. Dimensions: L 85 x D 49 x H 79 cm. Small drawers (interior dimensions): W 30 x D 38 x H 9 cm. Large drawers (interior dimensions): W 65 x D 38 x H 19 cm. Condition: The chest is used, but after restoration, it shows only minor signs of wear and is still in almost very good condition. It wasn't intended to be "like new"—that wouldn't be appropriate—but rather a charming, well-maintained, solid antique piece of furniture that will last for many generations to come.
