Agorà chair designed by Italian industrial designer Paolo Favaretto for Emmegi, Italy. 1970s
chair features:
• Sculpted moulded beech plywood seat and back, here in a striking emerald-green stain that highlights the wood grain.
• Characteristic die-cast aluminium side frames that clamp the shells and form a graphic architectural outline.
• Slender tubular steel legs with the original self-levelling ball feet, giving the chairs a light, almost floating stance.
This rare green version has a distinctly modernist, almost space-age character and works beautifully around a dining table, as desk chairs or as a colourful accent in a studio or gallery.
