6x Swing Chair designer chairs – G.J. van Os | Mid-Century Dutch Design
Beautiful set of 6 original Swing Chair designer chairs, designed by the Dutch designer G.J. van Os. This iconic model from the 1950s is a fine example of Dutch Mid-Century design and is known for its minimalist styling, organic lines, and timeless appearance.
The elegantly shaped shell features olive green faux leather and is finished with off-white piping and buttons. The flowing shape of the seat and the characteristic beech wood base give these chairs their unique and recognizable look. Thanks to the ergonomic design, they also offer a surprisingly comfortable seat.
The chairs were professionally restored a few years ago and fitted with new cold foam and faux leather. As a result, they are not only beautiful to look at but also comfortable for daily use.
The set is in neat vintage condition. There is minor damage at the corners on the top of a few chairs. The base shows normal signs of wear consistent with age and use. Features
