A sculptural set of four vintage D43 armchairs by Tecta, Germany.Designed by Tecta, the D43 develops the formal language of William Dunkel’s D15 from the 1960s into a softer and more enveloping cantilever chair.Each chair combines a continuous tubular-steel frame with a beautifully woven natural cane body and a cream-coloured suedine seat cushion.The woven structure flows seamlessly around the backrest and integrated armrests, creating an elegant architectural silhouette from every angle.The open cantilever base gives the chairs a light, floating appearance, while the generous proportions and softly upholstered seats provide excellent comfort.A refined combination of natural texture, precise metalwork and modernist construction.The chairs remain in good vintage condition, with light signs of age and use consistent with their vintage character.Dimensions per chair:Width: 55 cmDepth: 57 cmHeight: 81 cmSeat height: 49 cmArm height: 67 cm
