Set of 4 Emeco 'Hudson' bar stools – Philippe Starck – brushed aluminum
Perfectly suited to the now-popular prison chic, prison core design, or prison core aesthetic.
Iconic design stools designed by Philippe Starck for the Hudson Hotel in New York (2000) and included in MoMA's permanent collection. Manufactured by Emeco in the USA using their signature 77-step artisanal process from (recycled) aluminum. The brushed finish is timeless, incredibly durable, and suitable for intensive use.
Design & Material
• Model: Emeco Hudson Barstool (without upholstery), hand-brushed aluminum; 80% recycled, 100% recyclable. Made in the USA.
• Finish: Brushed (suitable for indoor and sheltered outdoor use); the polished version is recommended for indoor use only.
• Not stackable; designed for hospitality/kitchen island/high table settings.
Design Quality
• Known for their light weight and exceptional strength; Emeco claims "three times stronger than steel" and a lifespan of decades.

Condition
