Product description
Designed by Danish designer Arne Wahl Iversen, these dining chairs are particularly striking for their soft, flowing lines. The slender rear legs rise in a gentle curve, framing the softly curved backrest. The backrest's curved lower edge gives the chairs their characteristic silhouette and provides comfortable back support. The finely woven seats made of natural-colored paper cord create a beautiful contrast to the warm teak wood, giving the chairs a light and inviting feel. The meticulously executed weaving, harmonious transitions, and cleanly rounded edges demonstrate the high quality of craftsmanship. Around a dining table, they create a welcoming atmosphere where one enjoys lingering. There are some signs of age-related wear on the paper cord weaving. One of the four chairs is damaged and has been repaired in a visually unappealing manner. However, it is stable and is included with the set free of charge.
