Stunning set of 4 original Kusch + Co Volpino design armchairs, designed by Norbert Geelen. The chairs combine a comfortable organic shape with high-quality materials and a timeless appearance. The Volpino is derived from the larger Volpino series by Kusch + Co. The name “Volpino” literally means “little fox” in Italian, a reference to the elegant, clever, and graceful design of this chair. This version is particularly beautifully composed with: • Shell in Traffic White • Fully upholstered interior • Original Kvadrat Hallingdal 890 fabric • Solid oak legs in Light Oak K50 The Hallingdal fabric by Kvadrat was designed in 1965 by Nanna Ditzel and remains one of the most iconic furniture fabrics in the design world. The fabric is known for its exceptional durability, rich texture, and timeless appearance. The blue/green upholstery combines beautifully with the white shell and the light oak legs. As a result, the chairs fit perfectly into Scandinavian, modern, and designer interiors. We purchased the chairs new and have used them sporadically in our holiday home (no rental, for personal use only). Everything is in very good condition. We used the chairs as comfortable dining chairs, but the Volpino series is also frequently used as conference chairs, reception chairs, waiting room chairs, or in stylish office, hospitality, and reception areas. Thanks to their comfortable seating and timeless design, they are widely applicable in both private and professional interiors.
