The '4875' chair, designed by Carlo Bartoli in 1970 and produced by Kartell in 1974, was the first chair made of injection molded polypropylene. Thanks to its pioneering design and use of durable materials, this chair is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The one-piece construction, with removable legs, earned the chair a nomination for the Compasso d'Oro in 1979 and a place in the permanent collections of the Centre Pompidou and the Kartell Museum
As shown in the photos, the chairs are in used vintage condition. With the main signs of wear on the legs.
