Danish dining chairs are designed by the well-known Hans J Wegner. Produced by Carl Hansen & Søn. Model: CH 29. Country of origin: Denmark. This design classic is also called the 'sawbuck' chairs because the model resembles a sawhorse. This chair was traditionally used in the Scandinavian countries by carpenters and lumberjacks. Originally designed in 1952 for Carl Hansen & Son. Combination of oak and teak.
