A set of four armchairs from the 1980s, characterised by a chrome-plated metal structure combined with black leather seats and backrests. The design balances a light, linear construction with more pronounced curved elements, creating a clear contrast between geometric rigour and comfort. The frame is formed by slender tubular legs connected by reinforcing elements beneath the seat. The wider, flatter armrests extend towards the back and continue into a curved chrome-plated band wrapping around the rear of the chair. At the centre of this band is a padded section upholstered in black leather, matching the circular padded seat finished in the same material. The contrast between the chrome-plated surfaces and black leather clearly defines the composition and emphasises the graphic profile of the chairs. The open structure and restrained arrangement of the elements give the set a light yet distinctive appearance, representative of the use of polished metal and geometric forms characteristic of 1980s furniture design. Condition: Good overall condition, minor signs of use. Dimensions: Width 51 cm - Depth 48 cm - Height 65.5 cm - Seat height 43 cm Ref.: S1071
