NATTGLAS is an exceptional pair of vintage nightstands, whose minimalist construction combines dark wood, black metal, and tinted glass. Each nightstand stands on four delicate black metal legs. Above it sits a straight dark wooden body with a drawer, topped by a smoked glass panel. Particularly characteristic is the vertically rising glass surface at the back, which gives the otherwise very compact furniture an almost architectural silhouette. Through the combination of dark wood and seemingly transparent glass, the two pieces of furniture possess an interesting balance of weight and visual lightness. As a symmetrical pair to the left and right of a bed, their unusual proportions are particularly well highlighted. They can also be used individually as side tables. A characterful vintage pair from the 1970s/80s with a minimalist, geometric design language.
