A strong pair of vintage Wassily chairs designed by Marcel Breuer and executed by Fasem
The open construction of chrome-plated tubular steel and the dark brown / black saddle leather give the chairs their characteristic, architectural appearance. The leather has a beautiful patina from use, with subtle color variations and light signs of wear. Just enough character.
Both chairs are in good vintage condition. The chrome presents neatly and the leather is sturdy, with visible traces consistent with age and use.
A timeless duo that comes into its own both as functional seating and as sculptural design objects.
