Two Result chairs designed by Friso Kramer and Wim Rietveld in 1958 and released by Arhrend de Cirkel. The chairs are in completely original condition with signs of use in line with their age. Both chairs have the label of Ahrend de Cirkel (1 chair has an intact label, the other largely torn off but the edges are unmistakable). The seat and back is made of faux leather and one chair shows traces of an earlier but very neat repair to the seat. This design is definitely a milestone in design history, in terms of materials and construction. The chairs were found in the attic when clearing out an old notary's office, where they probably stood for many years.
