Product description
Infraphil... the ultimate style icon of Dutch design, designed in the 1950s under the direction of the world-famous engineer Louis Kalff, chief designer at Philips.
His designs are countless, from the world-famous Philips logo to the Evoluon in Eindhoven. This pair is nearly 70 years old.
And yes, that infrared lamp can still be found with some effort, but that ultraviolet one... even Google won't find it. That one was also produced in much smaller quantities back then.
Included with both original boxes, this is a design combo that will make any design enthusiast or collector's mouth water. Such boxes were often thrown away or simply did not survive the test of time.
Place this duo on your side table as a decorative object, and you will have a true conversation starter in your home.
Both bulbs (lamps) will be packaged separately and very securely for shipping.
The boxes are 33 cm high. (NB: Ultraviolet light is not good for the eyes, the lamps get hot)
