Two mouth-blown Booms glass vases, from my grandmother's estate. They have been in the family since 1935–1940.
Description:
Height: 24 cm
Shape: Bell-shaped, with a scalloped edge
Decoration: Hand-painted flowers in blue and orange/pink, with a gold line at the neck
Unique: Each piece is hand-painted, resulting in subtle variations between the vases
Authentic detail: At the bottom of each vase is a subtle pontil navel, a small indentation, characteristic of mouth-blown glass and proof of artisanal quality (not so obvious in the photo)
