Restored vintage trumeau finished with a satin black lacquer. The new color highlights the contoured profile, moldings, and elegant structure on turned legs. The black makes the piece more minimalist and contemporary, while maintaining the proportions and details of the original structure. Opening the flap reveals a green insert that creates a pleasant contrast with the finish. The small ivory-colored knobs preserved inside add delicate highlights and recall the piece's period character. The upper section offers shelves and numerous compartments for books, documents, and small objects.
