This 1960s Scandinavian chest of drawers was designed by Kai Kristiansen for FM Møbler and veneered in richly figured rosewood. The four drawers feature sculptural solid rosewood handles, a signature element of the designer’s work. Turned legs lighten the compact volume, while dovetail joints highlight the high level of craftsmanship. A leading figure of Danish modernism, Kristiansen developed a design language rooted in ergonomics, formal clarity and refined cabinetmaking. Good condition. May show signs of age.
