1950s tripod floor lamp with painted milk glass and brass. This 1950s tripod floor lamp can rightly be called a gem! We do not often come across lamps like this, which is why they are highly sought after by collectors. The design consists of a black metal tripod stand from which the milk glass shades of the lamp sprout like a bunch of tulips. The milk glass shades feature a beautiful hand-painted design of black wavy lines with silver-colored grids. The shades rest on a small brass bowl and a subtle white rubber ring. Additionally, the brass reappears in the decorative spirals around the stands. The floor lamp shows some age-related damage such as patina, small imperfections on the brass spirals, and small stains on the shades; however, considering its age, the lamp is still in excellent vintage condition!
