Product description
Stunning, heavy silver tray by Christofle from the Belle Epoque period between the world wars. This tray was used in the Grand Hotel du Lac St. Moritz, which operated under this name in the 1920s and 1930s. The tray is a witness to one of the most interesting eras, the finest Art Deco.
2cm high 21.5 x 32.5cm stamped and marked "1568196" Age-related condition, some scratches due to heavy use, but high-quality silver plating and full of charm.
