This rooster-shaped carafe, dating from the 1970s, is both practical and decorative. It consists of two parts: the body, which serves as the bottle, and the rooster's head, which acts as a removable stopper (the neck is fitted with a small plastic cap for a better seal).
Made of particularly thick frosted glass, the details of the plumage, head, and legs are very fine and beautifully executed.
This carafe has a substantial weight. It weighs 1080 g and measures 28 cm high, 17 cm long, and 8 cm wide.
The words "Made in Italy" and the capacity of 50 cl are engraved on the base and under the carafe.
It is in very good condition, with only a few tiny, barely visible scratches/stains that can be easily removed (see last photo).
