The Zanotta Scianga 300 Coat Rack was designed by DDL design studio for the Italian design brand Zanotta.
This unique coat rack dates from 1973 and is one of their most famous designs. In 1979, they won the prestigious Compasso d'Oro award for it.
The Sciangai 300 coat rack is a typical design where form and function complement each other. The coat rack consists of a bundle of individual sticks held together in the middle. The coat rack resembles a bundle of Mikado sticks about to fall apart. This makes the coat rack a uniquely decorative work of art.
When unfolded, the Sciangai coat rack is 145 cm high, 65 cm in diameter, and very stable. If necessary, the coat rack can be folded completely or partially to save space.
