Product description
Very nice rounded and curved "Onda" 2 seater. The sofa was designed by De Pas, D'Urbino and Lomazzi and manufactured by Zanotta, Italy, 1985. The expressive curves of the sofa are highlighted by the vibrant color of the black leather. The structured and curved tubular chrome makes the piece look beautifully free-standing. The soft leather makes it comfortable to sit in.The original black leather is in good used condition with some normal signs of use. Jonathan De Pas, Donato D'Urbino and Paolo Lomazzi are three Milanese designers born in the 1930s. Around 1960, they began working together. With their designs, they wanted to bring forward a new Italian design that contrasted with the international style. Their general concept is to create unconventional designs that use the pop culture of the 1960s.
The leather has been re-colored, but shows signs of use appropriate to the age of the sofa.
