Rare and spectacular Yuba wall lamp (sconce), designed by renowned master glassmaker Paolo Crepax for the prestigious Vetreria Vistosi (Murano). A true collector's item with a strong graphic impact, this sconce embodies the excellence of Venetian glassmaking tradition fused with contemporary design. The slender shell-shaped diffuser is crafted entirely by hand from blown Murano glass. Its distinctive feature lies in its intricate artisanal finish: a surface of glossy white glass (incamiciato) heat-decorated with a dense and elegant geometric grid of black molten glass threads. Being entirely handcrafted, each lamp in the Yuba series features unique lattice nuances, highlighting the artistry. Thanks to the extraordinary properties of Murano opal, when the lamp is turned on, it achieves a perfect, soft, and enveloping light diffusion. The chromatic contrast of the black lattice is magnificently backlit, transforming the sconce into a minimalist yet sophisticated light sculpture. The rear metal frame (satin nickel finish) is solid, discreet, and disappears behind the glass once installed on the wall.
