Rare set of two Space Age bookcases designed by Arch Saccardo in the 1970s. The cylindrical cabinets are finished in black metal and dark tinted polycarbonate, creating a futuristic and elegant look.
The inside of each cabinet features three round white shelves reminiscent of floating discs - a subtle, sculptural detail that fits the Space Age style perfectly.
Thanks to their height of 225 cm and slim diameter of 50 cm, these eye-catchers are ideal for an eye-catching display of books or objects without taking up much floor space. The bookcases look similar to Enzo Mari's famous coat rack for Danese Milano.
