Sculptural plaster with terracotta patina depicting a woman and child. French work from the 60s. The mother guides her child in his first steps. The child's face and attitude are deliberate. The mother's face expresses gentle benevolence. Very good condition. Note a few jumps in the patina of the terracotta in places and a tiny, very discreet crack on the base (see photos and zoom in). Total height 42.5 cm. Total width (child and mother seen from front) 15 cm. Total depth 22 cm.
