A true collector's item: This lamp is made from an original Kreutz Keramik vase with a handle, dating back to the 1970s, and features a high-quality lampshade made of African batik fabric. The vase bears both its original sticker and base mark and is a classic example of the Fat Lava era of the 1970s – bold glaze, textured lava surface, and warm, glowing orange tones contrasted with deep black.
The shade displays a graphic, yellow-orange line pattern on a dark background, creating a harmonious overall effect in combination with the ceramic.
The vase has not been damaged or drilled. The lamp was converted using a plug-in socket, which is securely inserted and can be removed without leaving any residue – the vase remains completely intact.
The lamp is cordless and uses a rechargeable LED bulb. The light is dimmable, and the remote control allows you to select different brightness levels and set a timer (15, 30, or 60 minutes).
