Set of 10 Willy Rizzo SQ Chairs (Incl. 2 Armchairs) – Bicolour: Chrome / Brass, Italian design, 70s.
An exceptional and rare quantity for the serious enthusiast or interior designer: a complete, original set of no less than 10 'SQ' (Square) chairs designed by the legendary Willy Rizzo.
This impressive set consists of 8 minimalist dining chairs and 2 matching, rare armchairs for the heads of the table. The SQ line is one of Rizzo’s most sought-after designs, characterized by the sleek, geometric chrome work with brass inlays, and the floating aesthetic. You will almost never come across a large set of 10 pieces in this composition on the market.
Condition & Potential:
Frames: The heavy, high-quality chrome frames are in excellent structural condition and are completely rust-free. After a polish, they shine like new again.
Upholstery: The chairs are currently fitted with the original ochre yellow / olive yellow faux leather (skai). Four chairs have a tear in the upholstery.
Due to the extreme rarity and high value of a 10-piece set, we are offering this set as the ultimate reupholstering project. This gives you the unique opportunity to have the set fully reupholstered according to your own taste and interior preference (think modern high-quality bouclé or luxurious saddle leather) to bring them to absolute mint condition.
