FREE SHIPPING! This item will be delivered to your home free of charge * Ludwig Zepner was a German porcelain artist, designer and inventor. After leaving school, he began an apprenticeship at the porcelain manufactory. This was followed by a degree in design. He worked as a designer at the Meissen porcelain manufactory until his retirement. In 1960 he founded the "Collective Artistic Development". *Unfortunately it is not possible to reduce shipping to 0€. Hence the symbolic price of one euro.
