This small, cordless table lamp was carefully crafted from an original West German Pottery fireplace vase: the vase's clean, blocky form and warm glaze make it ideal for sideboards, windowsills, or side tables.
The lamp conversion was achieved without drilling or damaging the vase. The electrical components are a precisely fitting plug-in solution and can be removed without leaving any residue. The vase is weighted with sand for stability.
The oval opening of the vase is elegantly covered by a round brass cap. Since this cap doesn't completely seal the opening, the sides were neatly and discreetly filled with black foam – a technically sound and visually understated solution.
The lamp is cordless and equipped with a wireless LED light source that is charged via USB-C. This allows for flexible placement. The light is warm and atmospheric – perfect as accent lighting. The lamp is controlled with a small remote control.
The lampshade is covered with a translucent decorative fabric in a retro pattern, perfectly complementing the vase's color scheme.
Dimensions:

The vase is in excellent condition and bears a mark on the base. It is likely from the Römhild ceramics manufactory. A truly unique piece, perfect as an accent lamp.
