Swivel. The chair can be picked up in Germany (Aachen / Willich), but also in the Netherlands (Vaals).
The chair is in very good used condition. There are scratches on the aluminum on the cross base. The leather has slight abrasions on the edges. Otherwise only minimal scratches. Depending on how the leather falls, you can see creases/shadow edges
