Walnut dining table in Neo-Renaissance style with 8 matching chairs
A high-quality antique dining set. The table and chairs are made of solid walnut and date from the beginning of the last century, featuring special details. This inherited family heirloom is now for sale due to a move. The table:
– Solid walnut with a warm, dark patina
– Imposing turned baluster legs with refined wood carving at the base
– Connecting crossbeams between the legs — characteristic of the style period
– Height: 77 cm
– Exceptionally extendable — from 140 × 105 cm to approx. 400 × 105 cm (pictured with 1 extension piece, making the tabletop 186 x 105 cm)
Includes 6 extension pieces to extend the table, each 43.5 x 105 cm
– Includes original matching support piece with two turned baluster legs in the same style — slides under the extended table for extra stability when extending with more than 2 extension pieces
The chairs (8 pieces):
– Solid walnut, same style and period as the table
– Sculpted leather upholstery with graceful floral and tendril motifs
– Seat and back upholstery finished with gold-colored decorative studs
– Sturdy construction with crossbar as a footrest
– 4 chairs with authentic brass handle at the top of the backrest

– Leather seat and back upholstery: original leather with natural signs of use and light cracks consistent with age — to be treated with leather grease
