Product description
A beautiful wall ceramic decoration from the 'Luxus' series by Carstens Keramik of Lower Saxony. Carstens Tönnieshof / Peter Diere - ca. 1960s West German Pottery. Hand-painted relief of a parrot in 'fat lava' style on a branch against a dark background. The thick glaze layer beautifully brings out the vibrant colors. Comes with the original iron chain for hanging. It is in very nice condition with minimal signs of use. The chain shows some rust marks characteristic of its age but has been fixed. Dimensions: L 46 x W 20 x D 3 cm. Weight: +/- 2.5 kg. Photos show the exact product and all items come from a smoke-free home. Items are carefully packed and shipped.
