A beautiful vintage 1986 exhibition poster by renowned Chinese-American artist Walasse Ting (1929–2010), published to promote his exhibition at Joseph Pour La Maison in London, held from 17 February to 15 March 1986.
The poster features one of Ting's signature compositions, depicting four stylised female figures in his unmistakable palette of vibrant, expressive colours. Throughout his career, Ting became internationally celebrated for his joyful paintings of women, flowers, birds, cats, and other animals, creating a distinctive visual language that blends Eastern influences with the spontaneity of modern Western art.
Published by Yves Rivière, Paris, this original exhibition poster is an excellent example of Ting's bold and highly individual style. Presented in very good condition, it retains its rich colours and makes a striking addition to any collection of modern art, vintage exhibition posters, or contemporary graphic design. Printed in Switzerland.
