Unique pair of mid-century ceramic serving bowls
Signed Ross Art – very rare and sought-after by collectors of vintage nautical decor.
Description:
Beautiful oval flat bowls with a deep blue glaze and black speckled effect, creating an ocean-like depth. Each bowl features an impressive embossed 3D fish motif: One with a long sport fish (marlin/sailfish style)
One with a wider tropical fish (mahi-mahi style)
Ideal as a serving bowl for fish or seafood, as a decorative wall plate, or as an eye-catcher in a coastal/man cave interior. Typical 1970s-1980s, with minor crazing due to age (normal with vintage glazes). Dimensions per dish: 48 × 20 × 4 cm (approx. 19 × 8 inches).
Condition: Excellent vintage – no chips or cracks visible on the top, minimal signs of use.
