Iconic "Vip" floor coat rack, designed by Roberto Lucci and Paolo Orlandini in 1970 for Velca Legnano. A true piece of Italian Space Age and Pop Art design history. An original furnishing accessory from the era, perfect for entryways, offices, or commercial spaces seeking an authentic vintage touch. Item details: Manufacturer: Velca (Legnano, Milan) - Authenticity stamp present. Year of design: 1970. Materials: Sturdy chromed steel frame, molded plastic (ABS) crown and umbrella stand base. Extra features: The base also serves as an umbrella stand with a removable drip tray. Condition: The coat rack is in overall good vintage condition, solid and perfectly stable. Being an original 1970s item, it shows normal signs of aging, including slight scratches on the plastic and micro-brightening spots on the chrome plating due to use. These do not detract from its overall aesthetics but rather testify to its authenticity. (All details are visible in the photos).
