Product description
Very beautiful cut crystal decanter from Waterford Crystal, Maeve/Tramore model, Irish made. Vintage, model produced from the 1970s; the Maeve decor is listed from 1976. Very beautiful quality crystal, thick, heavy and particularly luminous, with a cut decoration alternating wide vertical ribs, points and diamond crosshatching. Thick cut base, shoulder worked with long radiating facets and matching solid stopper. 33cm high with stopper, 27cm without, approx. 12-13cm max diameter. Very good general condition. Note a micro-chip on an edge of the stopper accompanied by a very discreet small scratch, a small chip at the base of the stopper invisible when in place, a very discreet small chip on the rim of the spout, very slight internal wear of the spout in contact with the stopper, as well as a slight deposit at the bottom not bothersome as it is visible from below. Approx. 1kg.
